What you'll do

As an Associate Customer Success Manager at Cloudflare, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them adopt our services and maximize their benefits. You will work closely with various teams, including Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and Solution Engineers, to ensure that our clients receive the support they need. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing guidance on best practices, and helping to resolve any issues that may arise.

You will engage with customers to understand their goals and challenges, and you will help them navigate our platform to achieve their desired outcomes. You will also assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring they have a smooth transition to using our services. Your ability to build strong relationships will be key to your success in this role.
