Who you are
You have experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role — you understand the importance of building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to discuss, understand, and work within complex projects and processes sets you apart. You are skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to details, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills are your strengths, allowing you to effectively convey information and solutions to customers. You are self-directed and self-motivated, thriving in an environment where you can take initiative and drive results. A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is preferred, providing you with a solid foundation for this role.
What you'll do
As an Associate Customer Success Manager at Five9, you will be the trusted partner for customers, guiding them through the use of our products and services. You will quarterback experiences by coordinating with various cross-functional teams at Five9 on behalf of the customer, ensuring their needs are met.
