You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You are a self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment and can create a large pipeline of business quickly. Your ability to build relationships through professional networking and cold-calling sets you apart as a business athlete who is both aggressive and intelligent. You understand the nuances of closing complex enterprise deals while also being adept at handling more transactional sales. You are comfortable working in a team-first culture that values diversity and inclusion, and you are eager to contribute to a collaborative environment.
Desirable
Experience in the cloud contact center software industry is a plus, as is familiarity with sales strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation. You are data-driven and can maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting, ensuring that you meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas. Your communication skills allow you to present business plans effectively during quarterly review sessions, and you are always looking for ways to improve your sales techniques and strategies.
What you'll do
As the Enterprise Sales Director, you will be responsible for creating and driving revenue within a specified region or list of named accounts.
