What you'll do

As an AI Automations Engineer at Pattern, you will take ownership of designing, building, and operating AI-powered workflow automations. Your role will involve collaborating with different business units to identify repetitive processes that can be optimized through automation. You will leverage existing tools like n8n, MCP, and Zapier to create solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of these automations, from initial design to performance monitoring and optimization.

You will also engage in discussions around discovery, prioritization, and cost control, ensuring that the automations you implement align with business goals and deliver significant impact. Your work will include creating flow diagrams, dashboards, and enablement materials to showcase the automations you've developed and their quantified impact. You will be expected to drive adoption of these automations, working closely with stakeholders to ensure they are effectively integrated into daily operations.
