What you'll do

As an Automation Engineer at Five9, you will be a key member of the AI and Custom Services team within Enterprise Professional Services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to understand their needs and translating those into actionable design specifications using Five9’s software. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer requirements are met while adhering to best practices in automation and software development. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies and methodologies to enhance the customer experience.
