You have a strong technical background, particularly in AI applications within contact centers, and ideally, you are familiar with the Five9 Virtual Contact Center platform. You possess the ability to create new design patterns and push the boundaries of product capabilities while balancing tactical and strategic tasks. What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with customers to gain a deep understanding of their unique challenges and requirements. You will deliver AI & Custom Services projects, designing and configuring applications on the Five9 platform tailored to each customer's specifications. Your work will often involve integrations with other systems, ensuring seamless functionality and enhanced user experience.

You will collaborate closely with the AI and Custom Services team, contributing to innovative solutions that leverage the power of cloud technology. Your responsibilities will include problem-solving and troubleshooting to meet customer needs effectively. You will also play a key role in pushing the boundaries of what is possible with the Five9 platform, ensuring that customizations align with the overall product capabilities.
