Your strong communication skills enable you to build and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring mutual success. You are motivated by results and have a strategic mindset that allows you to develop and execute effective business plans. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about enhancing customer experiences through innovative solutions.
Desirable
Experience in the cloud contact center software industry is a plus. Familiarity with customer experience solutions and the ability to navigate complex sales processes will set you apart. You are adaptable and open to learning new strategies to enhance partner engagement and sales performance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the sale of Five9 products and services through named national partners, driving a business plan that scales services and develops a robust partner ecosystem. You will develop an enablement strategy to attract and maintain relationships with distributors, resellers, and agents. Your focus will be on building preference for Five9βs customer experience software within partnersβ portfolios and sales teams. You will drive global sales results and pipeline development within key partners, ensuring partner enablement throughout the customer journey lifecycle. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will contribute to the overall success of the channel sales organization.
