What you'll do

As the Senior Manager, Partner Marketing, you will lead the partner marketing strategy for North America, overseeing a team responsible for executing co-marketing programs and partner activation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Channel Sales and Global Partner Marketing to influence partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth. Your role will involve developing enablement strategies that strengthen partner engagement and expand Five9’s market reach. You will guide your team in delivering impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with partners and drive measurable results.

You will be responsible for setting clear goals and performance metrics for your team, ensuring alignment with Five9’s overall business objectives. You will also play a key role in identifying new partnership opportunities and enhancing existing relationships within the channel ecosystem.
