Who you are

You are a Technical Support Specialist with a strong background in resolving complex technical issues. You have hands-on expertise with .NET technologies and are skilled in advanced troubleshooting. Your ability to collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, QA, and Cloud Operations teams sets you apart. You thrive in a team-first culture and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You possess deep technical knowledge of backend services and programming fundamentals. Your experience includes interpreting and analyzing code-level behavior, which allows you to diagnose and resolve escalated cases effectively. You are familiar with cloud infrastructure and system integrations, enabling you to provide comprehensive support to critical customer accounts.

Your expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C# allows you to perform code-level analysis and troubleshoot across the full stack. You understand service dependencies, object models, and API flows, which are essential for resolving technical challenges. You are passionate about technology and enjoy working in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Desirable

Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems is a plus. Familiarity with WebSockets and advanced API integrations will enhance your ability to support our customers effectively. You are eager to learn and grow within the organization, contributing to innovative solutions that improve customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving escalated technical issues that require advanced troubleshooting skills. You will collaborate with various teams, including Engineering and Product, to ensure that customer accounts receive the highest level of support. Your day-to-day tasks will involve performing code-level analysis and interpreting .NET logic to identify and resolve issues.

You will handle complex cases involving backend integrations and cloud infrastructure, ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience with our products. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly will be crucial as you work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will also contribute to the development of best practices and documentation to improve the efficiency of the support process. Your insights will help shape the future of our technical support operations, allowing us to better serve our customers.
