Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management with at least 5 years of experience leading teams focused on revenue growth and customer retention. Your strong analytical skills allow you to leverage data to drive decision-making and improve team performance. You excel in building relationships with customers and understand the importance of upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue potential.

You are adept at using CRM tools like Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track performance metrics. Your experience with data visualization tools such as Looker enables you to present insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating strategies and motivating your team to achieve ambitious goals.

What you'll do

As the Manager of Account Management, you will lead a team responsible for managing existing customer accounts and driving revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. You will set clear performance targets and ensure your team meets or exceeds these goals through effective coaching and support. You will establish a disciplined approach to forecasting, ensuring accuracy in pipeline management and revenue projections.

You will collaborate closely with other departments, including sales and customer success, to ensure a seamless experience for customers and to identify opportunities for expansion. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to understand usage patterns and business value, allowing you to guide your team in maximizing customer satisfaction and retention.
