Who you are

You are an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record in driving business growth within key accounts. You possess strong sales skills and strategic thinking capabilities, enabling you to navigate complex client relationships effectively. Your technical savvy allows you to understand and connect Lumivero's product portfolio to the challenges faced by clients, ensuring that you can provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with client success, marketing, and product teams to maximize the value of each relationship. You are resilient and adaptable, ready to tackle the challenges that come with expanding business within large and visible customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a strategic member of the Go-to-Market team, responsible for leading business expansion efforts within Lumivero's largest customers. You will implement a broad strategy for revenue growth, selling at the most strategic level within each account. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and aligning Lumivero's solutions to address their challenges. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that clients receive maximum value from their partnership with Lumivero. Success in this role will require you to leverage your sales expertise and strategic insights to drive impactful results.
