Fivetran is hiring a Senior Director of Revenue Accounting and Operations to lead their global Revenue Accounting & Operations function. You'll oversee processes related to revenue recognition, billing, and accounts receivable while collaborating with various teams. This role requires extensive SaaS revenue experience.
Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in SaaS revenue accounting and operations, with a strong understanding of Order-To-Cash processes. Your leadership skills enable you to effectively manage cross-functional teams and drive revenue growth through scalable systems and controls. You are a subject matter expert in revenue recognition and GAAP compliance, ensuring that all processes align with industry standards.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to educate and support both internal and external stakeholders on revenue accounting policies. Your customer-centric mindset ensures that you prioritize the needs of clients while maintaining operational efficiency. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at building relationships across various departments, including RevOps, Legal, Sales, and Finance.
What you'll do
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing customer contract reviews and revenue recognition assessments. You will lead the development and maintenance of efficient billing and accounts receivable processes, ensuring that they are scalable and effective in supporting Fivetran's growth. Your role will involve close collaboration with other leadership members to align revenue operations with the company's strategic goals.
You will also be tasked with implementing policies and controls that enhance the accuracy and reliability of revenue reporting. By leveraging your expertise, you will guide the team in navigating complex revenue accounting challenges and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
