Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in a customer-facing role, ideally as a Solution Architect or in a similar capacity, where you've successfully managed client relationships and facilitated the adoption of technology solutions. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively liaise between customers and internal teams, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet client needs. You are fluent in French and possess a solid understanding of data integration and pipeline technologies, which allows you to engage with clients confidently and effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
What you'll do
As a French Speaking Enterprise Solution Architect at Fivetran, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that meet the unique needs of our enterprise clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform. Your role will involve hands-on work in installation, configuration, and development, as well as managing timelines and deliverables for customer projects. You will also collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and insights that help shape our offerings. Additionally, you will play a key role in building relationships with clients, turning power-users into advocates for our technology.
