You are a French-speaking professional with experience in solution architecture, ideally within the data integration or analytics space. You have a strong understanding of customer needs and can translate technical requirements into actionable solutions. Your ability to build relationships with clients is key, as you will work closely with them to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of Fivetran's services. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering. You are proactive in managing timelines and deliverables, ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded. You are adaptable and can handle diverse tasks, from technical installations to strategic discussions with stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience in data integration, ETL processes, or cloud technologies would be beneficial. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools is a plus. You may also have a background in consulting or customer-facing roles, which has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex client interactions effectively.

What you'll do

As a Solution Architect at Fivetran, you will play a crucial role in the Professional Services team, focusing on onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients. You will engage with customers to understand their data needs and design tailored solutions that leverage Fivetran's technology. Your responsibilities will include conducting technical assessments, configuring data pipelines, and ensuring that clients are set up for success from the start. You will also provide ongoing support and guidance to help customers maximize their use of Fivetran, turning them into advocates for the product. Collaboration with internal teams is essential, as you will need to communicate customer feedback and requirements to Product and Engineering to influence future developments. You may occasionally work on-site with clients, providing hands-on assistance and fostering strong relationships.
