You have a strong background in technical sales and solutions architecture, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively has made you a trusted advisor to clients. You are familiar with DevSecOps principles and have a deep understanding of how software development processes work. Your experience with GitLab or similar platforms allows you to provide valuable insights to both your team and customers. You are passionate about leveraging AI and technology to enhance productivity and drive innovation.
What you'll do
As the Lead Solutions Engineer at GitLab, you will oversee a team of solutions architects who are responsible for guiding prospects and customers through the technical evaluation of our DevSecOps platform. You will ensure that your team effectively communicates the value of GitLab's offerings and addresses any technical concerns that arise during the sales process.
You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align customer needs with our product capabilities. Your role will involve mentoring your team members, providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles. You will also be responsible for developing best practices and strategies to improve the efficiency of the solutions architecture process.
