What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the Business Unit lead for the Analytics and Destinations teams, overseeing the recruitment process for software engineering and analytics positions across North America. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews and extending offers. Your responsibilities will include reporting on hiring priorities and progress to leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals. You will engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive hiring process. Additionally, you will work closely with engineering and analytics leaders to provide strategic hiring guidance and insights based on market trends.
