Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in GTM SaaS recruiting, with at least 3 years spent in-house at high-growth tech companies. Your proven success in hiring for GTM roles, including senior-level positions, showcases your expertise in this area. You are passionate about championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring that candidates from diverse backgrounds feel welcomed and valued throughout the hiring process. Your strong communication skills enable you to partner effectively with GTM leaders across North America, EMEA, and APAC, providing strategic hiring guidance tailored to each region's unique needs.
You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote flexibility with in-person collaboration. You understand the importance of a seamless candidate experience and are committed to implementing efficient, data-driven hiring processes that enhance the overall recruitment journey. Your ability to collaborate across HR, TA Operations, and hiring teams allows you to streamline recruitment efforts and ensure alignment with Fivetran's values and mission.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles, which encompass Technical Sales, RevOps, Customer Solutions, Alliances, and Marketing. You will work closely with hiring teams to identify and attract top talent, ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and effective. Your strategic hiring guidance will help GTM leaders make informed decisions about their hiring needs, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of Fivetran.
You will actively source and engage candidates, utilizing various channels to reach a diverse pool of talent. Your focus on DEI initiatives will guide your approach to candidate engagement, ensuring that all candidates feel valued and respected throughout the hiring process. You will also be responsible for ensuring a seamless candidate experience, from initial outreach to final interviews, by implementing data-driven hiring processes that prioritize efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with HR, TA Operations, and hiring teams to streamline recruitment efforts and align on best practices. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships will be essential in fostering a positive hiring environment that reflects Fivetran's values.
