Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in G&A recruiting, particularly within SaaS environments, and at least 3 years in-house at high-growth tech companies. Your expertise includes successfully hiring for senior-level roles in Accounting, Finance, and Legal, demonstrating a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements in these areas. You are passionate about championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring that candidates from diverse backgrounds feel welcomed and valued throughout the hiring process.

You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively partner with G&A leaders across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Your ability to provide strategic hiring guidance is complemented by your data-driven approach to recruitment, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with HR, TA Operations, and hiring teams to streamline recruitment efforts and enhance overall efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for G&A roles, primarily focusing on Finance, Accounting, and Legal positions. You will partner with G&A leaders to identify top talent and provide strategic hiring guidance tailored to the needs of the organization. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and engaging candidates, ensuring a diverse candidate pool that aligns with Fivetran's values and DEI initiatives.

You will ensure a seamless candidate experience by implementing efficient, data-driven hiring processes. Collaborating across HR and TA Operations, you will work to streamline recruitment efforts, enhancing the overall efficiency of the hiring process. Your role will also involve maintaining strong relationships with hiring teams, providing them with the necessary support and insights to make informed hiring decisions.
