What you'll do

In this role, you will own and drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for Fleetio's integration platform. You will be responsible for growing and scaling Fleetio’s Integration Directory, ensuring that it meets the needs of Fleet Operations Applications, Fleet Management Companies (FMCs), and partners. You will define and own the integrations roadmap, balancing between business and customer needs while working closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and architecture decisions. Your role will involve continuous collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with company objectives.

You will also be tasked with conducting user research to gather insights that will inform product enhancements and new features. Your ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape will help shape the direction of the integration platform. You will lead product initiatives from conception through execution, ensuring that all aspects of the product align with Fleetio's mission and values.
