You are a collaborative leader who thrives in a hybrid work environment. You enjoy partnering with various stakeholders, including People Operations and IT, to drive initiatives that improve organizational efficiency. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams ensures that everyone is aligned towards common goals.

You are passionate about leveraging AI and automation to transform HR processes. You stay updated on the latest trends in HR technology and are eager to implement tools that streamline workflows and enhance data reporting capabilities. Your analytical skills enable you to assess the impact of these technologies on employee satisfaction and productivity.

Desirable

Experience with specific HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, and LMS is a plus. Familiarity with AI-driven HR strategies and tools will set you apart as a candidate. You may also have certifications in HR technology or related fields, showcasing your commitment to professional development.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the strategy and governance for HR systems, ensuring that they align with the company's mission and goals.
