Who you are
You are an ambitious self-starter looking to join a fast-growing fintech startup as a client support specialist. You love providing truly white-glove client support, whether via phone, email, or chat, and have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). You have a penchant for explaining complex, technical details to non-technical audiences. You have an indefatigable approach to problem solving and see every client interaction as an opportunity to improve the business overall. You are excited to contribute to every aspect of a growing client support organization, from optimizing the technology we use to enhancing the overall client experience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries and providing solutions to their problems. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and help improve our offerings. Your responsibilities will include managing client communications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our users. You will also participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and enhancements, enabling you to provide informed support. Your contributions will help shape the future of our client support operations, making it more efficient and effective.
What we offer
Flourish offers a competitive salary range of $61,000 - $80,000 plus bonus opportunities. You will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation and growth.
