What you'll do

As the Annuities General Manager at Flourish, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies that drive growth and enhance the customer experience. You will oversee the operations of Flourish Annuities and Flourish Cash, ensuring that the products meet the needs of independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to innovate and improve the technology platform, making it more accessible and user-friendly for financial advisors.

You will also be tasked with building and managing a high-performing team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure that team members are equipped to excel in their roles. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating the complexities of the financial services industry and adapting to the evolving needs of clients.
