You have a proven track record in partnerships or business development, ideally within the sports or entertainment sectors — your experience includes successfully managing high-profile brand relationships and driving growth through innovative strategies. You understand the dynamics of the esports landscape and are passionate about connecting brands with Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
Your leadership style is collaborative and empowering — you thrive in guiding teams to exceed their goals and foster a culture of success. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with both internal teams and external partners. You are adept at identifying new opportunities and leveraging existing assets to maximize value for all stakeholders.
What you'll do
As the Partnerships Director at Fnatic, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how brands engage with the esports community. You will lead the Business Development and Partner Success teams, ensuring they consistently deliver exceptional results and build lasting relationships with key brands.
