Who you are
You have a strong background in partnership development, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise lies in forging successful alliances and negotiating complex agreements that benefit all parties involved. You are adept at managing relationships with key stakeholders and have a proven track record of driving growth through strategic collaborations. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate partnership strategies effectively to both internal teams and external partners. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working cross-functionally with various teams, including engineering, program management, and legal. You are results-oriented and have a keen ability to monitor and analyze program performance, providing insights that inform strategic decisions.
Desirable
Experience in the autonomous vehicle or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with large-scale data strategies. You are comfortable curating executive-level materials and presenting to senior management and boards. A background in business strategy development will set you apart as a candidate.
What you'll do
As the Partnerships Director at Motional, you will develop and execute a comprehensive collaboration strategy that aligns with the company's goals. You will be responsible for identifying potential partners and cultivating relationships that can lead to mutually beneficial agreements.
