You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, allowing you to identify issues in manufacturing processes and implement effective solutions. Your experience with test tools and calibration processes ensures that you can maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in production. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about advancing manufacturing technologies.
Desirable
Experience with 3D printing technologies or similar electromechanical products is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies will help you make production data visible and actionable across the supply chain. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and can communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
What you'll do
As the Manufacturing Test Manager at Formlabs, you will lead a team of four experienced software and test engineers. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain manufacturing, engineering, and support test tools for our product lines. You will collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to define and create manufacturing and calibration tests for electrical hardware and software, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
You will manage the requirements from various stakeholders and set clear expectations for your team. Your role will involve integrating tightly with our manufacturing and operations teams, making production data visible and actionable across our global supply chain. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
In addition to managing your team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of fabrication by developing services that will be used to build thousands of printers and related products worldwide. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes, helping us to deliver cutting-edge products to our customers.
