You are an experienced sales professional with a strong background in direct or channel sales, particularly in the dental or technology sectors. You possess a winning spirit and a customer satisfaction focus, which drives your approach to building relationships and maximizing growth. Your fluency in both German and English allows you to communicate effectively with diverse partners and clients in the DACH region. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a fast-growing tech company.
Desirable
Experience in the 3D printing industry or dental technology is a plus, as is familiarity with go-to-market strategies and partner programs. You are adaptable and open to learning, understanding that even if you don't meet every requirement, your unique contributions can still make a significant impact.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for Formlabs' dental products in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will manage strategic relationships with existing dental partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Formlabs' offerings. Your responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding new partners, assessing market potential, and implementing the Formlabs Partner Program. You will work closely with the sales team to maximize growth and market share, leveraging your technical sales acumen to address customer needs effectively.
You will also analyze market trends and gaps, developing strategies to expand the company's reach in the dental sector. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to understand their challenges and provide solutions that enhance their operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall success of Formlabs in the dental market.
