You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively uncover customer needs to create genuine sales opportunities.

You are comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing time between the office and remote work. You are proactive in your outreach efforts, utilizing both inbound and outbound strategies to engage with potential clients. Your ability to research accounts and identify key stakeholders will be crucial in your role, as you craft thoughtful outreach that opens doors for sales opportunities. You are driven by results and are excited about the prospect of contributing to the growth of NICE's AI-first solutions across the DACH region.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving pipeline growth for NICE’s AI-first solutions, with a primary focus on Cognigy. You will engage with potential customers, introducing them to NICE’s innovative technologies and uncovering their needs. Your main objective will be to book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives, ensuring that you are effectively communicating the value of our offerings. You will work closely with the EMEA Sales Development team, collaborating to develop strategies that enhance our outreach efforts.

You will conduct thorough research on accounts to identify key stakeholders and tailor your outreach accordingly. Your ability to craft thoughtful and engaging messages will be essential in creating genuine sales opportunities. You will also participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy of the sales development team, sharing insights and best practices with your colleagues. As you grow in your role, you will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the success of the team.
