Overview

Formlabs is seeking a Sales Manager for the Dental Sector to drive growth and market share in the DACH region. You'll manage relationships with dental partners and implement the Formlabs Partner Program. This role requires experience in direct or channel sales.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the dental or technology sectors. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the nuances of direct and channel sales, and you possess a winning spirit that drives you to exceed targets. Your technical sales acumen allows you to effectively communicate the value of 3D printing solutions to dental professionals. You are customer-focused, ensuring that the needs of your partners and end customers are met with excellence. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a diverse team that is passionate about innovation in 3D printing.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the go-to-market strategy for Formlabs' dental products in the DACH region, which includes Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will be responsible for maximizing growth and market share by identifying new partners and expanding the company's market reach. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing relationships with existing dental partners, implementing the Formlabs Partner Program, and driving customer success initiatives. You will assess market potential and identify gaps in coverage to ensure that Formlabs remains a leader in the dental 3D printing space. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product development and marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach to market penetration.
