Who you are
You are a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and sales. You have experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a technical environment, and possess strong communication skills that allow you to engage effectively with clients. You are fluent in Spanish and have a good understanding of the 3D printing ecosystem, which enables you to articulate the value of Formlabs' products to potential customers. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a growing sales team.
Desirable
Experience in sales or technical support within the 3D printing or manufacturing industry is a plus. Familiarity with CAD software or engineering principles can enhance your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. A background in engineering or a related field will help you effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of Formlabs' professional 3D printers and related products. You will engage with prospective customers, understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how Formlabs' solutions can meet their needs. You will collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development. Additionally, you will participate in sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities of Formlabs' technology.
You will also be involved in building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, allowing you to position Formlabs effectively in the market. You will contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics that align with the company's growth objectives.
