You possess excellent communication skills and can articulate complex technical concepts in a way that resonates with customers. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site responsibilities in Berlin with remote work. Your experience in sales or technical support equips you to identify and close sales opportunities effectively.

What you'll do

As a Technical Sales Manager at Formlabs, you will be an integral part of our direct sales team in the EMEA region. Your primary responsibility will be to support customers from our Berlin office, responding to inbound leads and assisting them with their inquiries. You will utilize your technical knowledge to guide customers through the sales process, ensuring they understand the value of our 3D printing solutions.

You will develop and implement outreach strategies to engage prospective customers, helping them navigate their options and make informed decisions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
