Who you are

You are a growth-focused Account Manager with a strong track record in driving expansion revenue. You excel at identifying, managing, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within a defined book of existing customers. You understand the importance of acting as a strategic partner to customers, helping them uncover additional value from Formstack’s product suite. You have a keen ability to align tools to new use cases based on customer business needs, playing a critical role in growing revenue and product adoption across departments.

You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office presence with remote work. You are comfortable collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and success. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams alike. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities for growth and are dedicated to helping customers achieve their goals with Formstack’s offerings.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving expansion revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your customer base. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and help them leverage Formstack’s product suite effectively. Your strategic approach will enable you to uncover additional value for customers, ensuring they maximize their investment in our solutions.

You will collaborate with the Sales team to develop strategies for customer engagement and retention. By analyzing customer usage patterns and feedback, you will identify areas for improvement and growth. You will also participate in regular meetings with customers to discuss their goals and how Formstack can support them in achieving those objectives.

Your role will require you to maintain a deep understanding of Formstack’s products and services, as well as industry trends that may impact customer needs. You will be expected to provide insights and recommendations to customers based on your expertise, helping them navigate challenges and seize opportunities. Additionally, you will track and report on your sales activities and customer interactions to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
