Your experience includes working with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, where you've successfully cultivated relationships and driven client success. You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. You understand the importance of leadership development and are committed to helping organizations achieve breakthrough results through collective action.
Desirable
Experience in the leadership development industry or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with subscription-based service models. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies and decisions. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets will set you apart as a candidate. What you'll do
As the Enterprise Account Manager, you will focus on cultivating and managing relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. FranklinCovey offers a competitive compensation package, with anticipated earnings ranging from $175k to $237k OTE, split between base salary and commission.
