You have over 7 years of experience in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, where you've successfully managed the full sales cycle and built strong relationships with security teams. You understand the nuances of selling to large organizations and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Your approach is customer-obsessed, always prioritizing the needs of your clients and striving to exceed their expectations at every interaction.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working cross-functionally with various teams to drive strategic growth opportunities. You possess a strong sense of ownership and are non-territorial regarding your role, willing to wear many hats to contribute to the company's success. Your innovative mindset allows you to develop repeatable sales strategies that not only drive opportunities but also enhance the overall customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue targets by engaging with enterprise organizations that have over 1,000 employees. You will supplement inbound leads with self-generated outbound strategies to create a robust pipeline for growth. Your responsibilities will include developing innovative sales strategies that are both effective and repeatable, ensuring that you create an unparalleled customer experience throughout the sales process.

You will manage existing customer relationships to drive renewal and upsell opportunities, ensuring that clients are satisfied and engaged with Socket's offerings. Additionally, you will work closely with the go-to-market team and partner organizations to identify and drive strategic growth opportunities. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients will be crucial in shaping the future of Socket's product and sales processes.
