You'll collaborate with various teams to generate partner-driven revenue and enhance Vibe's go-to-market strategies. This role requires a strong focus on partnerships and revenue generation.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in managing technology partnerships and driving revenue growth — your experience includes owning a partner-sourced revenue quota and generating qualified opportunities. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, and Marketing teams to ensure successful integrations that deliver commercial value.
Your background includes experience in the advertising or technology sectors, where you've developed a deep understanding of CRMs, CDPs, dashboards, and attribution platforms. You are data-driven and possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to measure the impact of partnerships effectively. You are comfortable navigating complex technical discussions and can articulate the value of integrations to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
You are results-oriented and have a strong sense of urgency — you move quickly and experiment relentlessly to achieve your goals. You take pride in your ability to convert partnerships into a repeatable revenue engine, and you are excited about the opportunity to contribute to Vibe's ambitious growth targets.
Desirable
Experience with co-marketing initiatives and a background in revenue-focused roles will be advantageous. Familiarity with the advertising technology landscape and emerging solutions will set you apart as a candidate. You are adaptable and open to learning, eager to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
As the Technology Partnerships Manager at Vibe, you will own and grow the ecosystem of technical integration partners. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a recurring book of approximately 30-40 tech partners, focusing on generating partner-driven pipeline and referrals. You will set clear targets around partner-produced revenue and work diligently to meet and exceed these goals.
You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Product and Engineering, to ensure that Vibe's integrations are not only technically sound but also drive significant commercial value. This will involve regular communication with partners to understand their needs and how Vibe can best support them. You will also be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities and nurturing existing relationships to maximize their potential.
Your role will require you to track and report on partnership performance, using data to inform your strategies and decisions. You will be expected to drive consistent referrals and qualified opportunities from your partners, contributing directly to Vibe's top-line growth.
