Who you are
You have a strong background in technical support, ideally with experience in the payments or technology sectors. You are adept at troubleshooting and resolving issues, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service. Your communication skills allow you to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, making complex concepts accessible to all. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with a variety of technologies.
Desirable
Experience in the retail, hospitality, or financial services industries is a plus. Familiarity with API technologies and security standards, particularly PCI compliance, will set you apart. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to solve problems and improve processes.
What you'll do
As a Technical Support Analyst at FreedomPay, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients using the FreedomPay Commerce Platform. You will troubleshoot technical issues, guiding clients through solutions and ensuring their systems operate smoothly.
