You have a strong background in business development, ideally with experience in the beauty and wellness sector. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working autonomously, taking on challenges with enthusiasm. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with potential partners sets you apart. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You are comfortable with both cold outreach and face-to-face interactions, understanding the importance of personal connections in business development.

Desirable

Experience in field sales or a similar role is a plus. Familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry will help you understand the needs of potential partners better. You are adaptable and open to learning, ready to embrace the evolving landscape of the marketplace.

What you'll do

As a Business Development Manager at Fresha, you will be responsible for driving growth in the Dublin market. You will engage in proactive outreach to identify and onboard new partners, leveraging your sales skills to create lasting relationships. Your role will involve a mix of remote work and field sales, allowing you to connect with potential partners in person. You will collaborate closely with the Commercial team and report directly to the General Manager for the UK and Ireland, ensuring alignment with the company's growth strategy.
