FRONTSTEPS is hiring a Senior Account Executive to manage sales and prospect new business in the real estate technology sector. This role requires 10+ years of experience in technology sales and is based onsite in Eugene, Oregon.

You have over 10 years of experience in technology sales, particularly in SaaS-based services, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can leverage your skills in prospecting and managing sales cycles. Your ability to balance the needs of the business with those of the customer is a key strength, allowing you to effectively manage relationships and close deals. You are enthusiastic about achieving your goals and are eager to contribute to a winning team culture.

You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to present effectively over the phone, in person, and through web-based presentations. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to handle inbound leads while also actively seeking out new business opportunities. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are committed to providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive at FRONTSTEPS, you will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities and managing an existing lead database. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our innovative real estate search technology can empower their success. Your role will involve managing the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to implementation, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals and customer needs.
