Overview

FRONTSTEPS is hiring a Mid-Level Account Executive to manage sales cycles and prospect new business. This role requires 5+ years of experience in selling technology or SaaS services and is based in Eugene, OR.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in sales, particularly in technology or SaaS-based services, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can engage with clients both over the phone and in person. Your ability to manage the sales cycle from prospecting to implementation is well-honed, and you understand the importance of balancing business needs with customer satisfaction. You are enthusiastic about achieving your goals and are eager to be part of a winning team.

You possess strong communication skills that allow you to effectively present solutions to clients and manage their expectations throughout the sales process. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to handle inbound leads and convert them into successful sales, while also prospecting for new business opportunities. You are comfortable using various sales tools and technologies to enhance your productivity and effectiveness.

What you'll do

As a Tier II Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting new business and managing an existing lead database. You will engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, in-person meetings, and web-based presentations. Your role will involve understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions that align with their goals. You will also manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to implementation, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.

You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching new clients and expanding the company's market presence. Your ability to balance the needs of the business with those of the customer will be crucial in driving sales success. You will receive training and support to help you excel in your role and contribute to the overall success of the team.
