Fullstory is hiring a Principal Customer Success Manager to serve as a trusted advisor for their most valuable customers. You'll drive product adoption and ensure clients achieve maximum value from Fullstory's suite of products. This role requires strong strategic guidance and customer relationship management skills.

You have extensive experience in customer success management, ideally with a focus on enterprise-level accounts. You excel at building strong relationships with clients and understand how to drive product adoption effectively. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within your book of business. You are a power user of the Fullstory platform, leveraging your product knowledge to help customers achieve their business objectives. You are proactive in managing risks and removing roadblocks for your clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from their investment.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with both customers and internal teams. You are comfortable collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams to influence platform features and drive retention and expansion. Your ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions sets you apart as a trusted advisor. You thrive in a hybrid work environment and are willing to attend the Atlanta office one day per week.
What you'll do
As a Principal Customer Success Manager, you will oversee the customer experience for a portfolio of 10-20 high-value enterprise accounts. Your primary goal will be to ensure that Fullstory's most strategic customers achieve their desired outcomes by utilizing key features of the platform. You will provide strategic guidance and product enablement, helping clients navigate challenges and maximize their investment. You will engage consistently with your accounts, delivering exceptional service that is both value-driven and differentiated.
You will collaborate closely with the sales organization to drive customer retention and identify opportunities for expansion. By building strong relationships with your clients, you will become their go-to resource for insights and best practices related to the Fullstory suite of products. Additionally, you will work with the product and marketing teams to influence feature decisions and positioning based on customer feedback and needs.
