You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in enterprise software. Your ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs is paramount — you prioritize customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring that their journey with UiPath is seamless and beneficial. You are a strategic thinker who can act as a trusted advisor, helping clients realize the full potential of automation in their business processes.
Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to engage effectively with customers at all levels. You thrive in building relationships and maintaining high levels of customer engagement, regularly checking in to address challenges and ensure satisfaction. You understand the importance of metrics like NPS and CSAT, and you are committed to driving improvements in these areas.
What you'll do
In this role, you will ensure that the UiPath message of "Customers Matter" resonates with every client. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping customers see the value of automation and how it aligns with their business objectives. Regular engagement with customers will be key, as you will drive higher satisfaction and loyalty by addressing their challenges and facilitating warranty renewals.
You will enable customers to embark on their automation journey through workshops, training sessions, and by becoming a product expert. Conducting business reviews will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that the automation journey remains on track and that customers are achieving their desired outcomes. Your role will be pivotal in enriching relationships and communications, ultimately minimizing churn and creating scaling opportunities across different business units.
