Atlan is hiring a Principal Customer Success Manager to drive adoption of their Active Metadata Platform among data-driven enterprises. You'll partner with data leaders to connect data strategy to measurable business outcomes. This role requires extensive experience in customer success management.

You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in data-driven environments. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs is paramount — you thrive on helping organizations unlock the full potential of their data. You are adept at navigating complex data landscapes and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your strategic mindset allows you to connect customer goals with measurable business outcomes, ensuring that clients see the value in their investments. You are passionate about data and its transformative power in modern business, and you are excited to be at the forefront of this change.

Desirable

Experience in AI-powered solutions or metadata management is a plus. Familiarity with data strategy and transformation initiatives will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the evolving needs of your clients. A background in consulting or a similar role where you have driven customer success initiatives will be beneficial.

What you'll do

As a Principal Customer Success Manager at Atlan, you will work closely with some of the world's most data-driven enterprises. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the adoption of Atlan's Active Metadata Platform, ensuring that clients can effectively manage their data chaos. You will partner with data and transformation leaders to align their data strategies with business objectives, helping them achieve measurable outcomes. Your role will involve conducting regular check-ins with clients, providing insights and recommendations based on their usage of the platform, and identifying opportunities for further engagement. You will also collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction, retention rates, and the overall impact of Atlan's solutions on client operations.
