FundApps is hiring an Account Manager to grow annual recurring revenue by upselling and cross-selling products to existing clients. You'll manage a portfolio of prestigious financial institutions and build strong relationships to support their compliance and regulatory needs.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in account management, ideally within the financial services sector, and possess the commercial acumen necessary to identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Your ability to build trusted relationships with clients is paramount, as you will be working with some of the world's largest financial institutions. You understand the complexities of compliance and regulatory reporting and can navigate tech challenges effectively.
You are results-driven and thrive in a quota-carrying role, where your primary focus is on growing annual recurring revenue from your client accounts. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to develop strategies that maximize the value clients can derive from the FundApps product portfolio. You are adept at communicating with stakeholders at all levels and can articulate the value of our solutions clearly and persuasively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on upselling and cross-selling FundApps products to enhance their compliance and regulatory reporting capabilities. You will identify new sales opportunities and set strategic directions for your clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to navigate the evolving landscape of compliance. Your success will be measured by your ability to build strong, lasting relationships that drive revenue growth.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. This includes working with product teams to understand new offerings and how they can benefit your clients. You will also be responsible for developing and executing account plans that align with both client objectives and FundApps' business goals.
