Who you are

You have a proven track record in pricing strategy, ideally within the travel or e-commerce sectors — your experience includes defining and implementing pricing frameworks that drive business growth and enhance competitive positioning. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret data and market trends to inform pricing decisions. Your leadership experience allows you to effectively manage teams and collaborate cross-functionally with sales and account management to align pricing strategies with marketplace goals.

You are adept at building scalable processes and playbooks that empower teams to execute pricing strategies effectively — your ability to communicate complex pricing concepts clearly ensures that all stakeholders understand the rationale behind pricing decisions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable making data-driven decisions that balance customer acquisition with margin health. You are passionate about transforming pricing into a strategic asset that contributes to market leadership.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and lead the commercial pricing strategy for GetYourGuide, turning company growth objectives into actionable pricing levers. You will design and evolve commission structures, discount programs, and incentive models that align supplier success with marketplace goals. Establishing a data-driven framework for pricing and commission decisions will be a key responsibility, ensuring competitive positioning across various markets and categories.

You will oversee the collection and analysis of competitive pricing insights, ensuring that the company maintains the right coverage across markets. Your leadership will be crucial in building scalable playbooks that enable Sales and Account Management teams to implement pricing strategies effectively. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that pricing strategies align with overall business objectives and market dynamics.
