Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the public sector, and understand the unique challenges and opportunities that government organizations face. Your ability to build relationships and orchestrate successful partnerships is key to your success in this role. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and can articulate the value of GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform effectively.

You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies and decisions. Your experience in driving platform adoption and managing customer relationships will enable you to contribute significantly to GitLab's mission of transforming software development. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to work with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for GitLab's prospects and customers within the public sector in the UK. You will drive platform adoption by engaging directly with government organizations, ensuring that they understand the benefits of GitLab's solutions. Your responsibilities will include orchestrating successful partner relationships and aligning GitLab's offerings with government digital transformation initiatives.
