You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in high-volume environments. What you'll do

As the Lead Customer Success Manager at Vanta, you will be responsible for leading a team focused on renewals and mid-cycle commercial conversations for startups with fewer than 10 employees. You will develop and implement operating rhythms and coaching frameworks that drive performance and ensure retention targets are met. Your role will involve setting standards for customer communication and pipeline management, ensuring your team operates efficiently and effectively. You will collaborate with other departments to optimize customer experience and product adoption, leveraging insights to refine strategies. Your leadership will be crucial in building a scalable renewal motion that supports Vanta's growth in the startup segment, and you will be accountable for driving measurable improvements in Net Revenue Retention and Gross Dollar Retention.
