What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Public Sector Customer Success, you will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for customer success within the public sector. You will lead a distributed team focused on driving adoption of GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform, ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to provide feedback from customers that can inform product development.
