What you'll do

As the Director of Treatment and Recovery Services, you will provide leadership and administrative oversight for GLIDE’s treatment programs, including the Contingency Management Program and Medication Assisted Treatment Navigation Program. You will develop and maintain a robust referral coordination and assessment process to ensure clients receive the appropriate care based on their substance use needs.

You will oversee the implementation of treatment health education and outreach efforts, working to expand partnerships and resources that enhance the services offered to clients. Your role will involve monitoring program effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to improve health and life outcomes for clients.
