You have over 2 years of experience in Account Management and core business development, ideally within startups, top consulting firms, or leading tech companies. You possess a persuasive communication style that helps you build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. You are driven by results and have a knack for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Your analytical skills allow you to work effectively with data to enhance profitability for both partners and your organization. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to take on challenges that push your limits. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with various departments to create tailored solutions that meet the needs of your partners.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take full responsibility for managing the business of top partners in Rome. You will grasp the objectives and hurdles of these partners, offering insightful advice and assistance to help them succeed. You will define and pursue the long-term strategy for growth, promotions, advertisement, and operations in the city. Working closely with internal departments such as Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service, you will create and apply tailored solutions that address the unique needs of each partner. Establishing and maintaining close relationships with top partners will be crucial to your success, as you will need to be informed and involved in their operations to make things happen effectively. You will be expected to have a proactive, doer attitude that drives results and fosters collaboration.
