GMMB is hiring an Account Executive to provide client service support and collaborate with an integrated communications team. This position is based in Washington, DC, and offers a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000.
Job Description
Who you are
You are an Assistant Account Executive who knows how to provide client service support by attending internal and client meetings and Teams calls, meeting deadlines, troubleshooting problems, drafting and updating status reports, and responding to staff and client requests in a timely manner. You have experience writing, editing, and proofreading written materials and creative collateral including press materials, strategy memorandums, blog posts, web pages, videos, advertising elements, and general client and agency correspondence. You collaborate with an integrated communications team to understand client goals and develop relevant and effective advertising and communication strategies for communities of color, particularly for Black/African American and Hispanic/Latino/a/x audiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service support, ensuring that all communications are clear and effective. You will attend meetings and calls to gather information and provide updates, while also drafting and editing various written materials to meet client needs. Your collaboration with the communications team will be crucial in developing strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. You will track and analyze information to ensure that client goals are met and that the agency's mission of making a difference in the world is upheld.
