What you'll do
As an Account Executive at SevenRooms, you will be responsible for onboarding new restaurants and hospitality groups onto the SevenRooms platform. This involves identifying gaps in their current tools and recommending appropriate solutions, including reservation, waitlist, and table management systems. You will collaborate with operational teams to support the onboarding process, ensuring that new clients have a smooth transition and are fully engaged with the platform.
Your role will also involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their journey with SevenRooms. You will work to understand their unique needs and challenges, providing insights and recommendations that empower them to excel in their operations.
